The Rosebrook Lodge at the Omni Mount Washington Resort in Brettonwoods might be the most modern magical wedding venue in New England. Especially with the amount of #plants and beautiful stylings by Megan. The day started with getting ready at the Omni, followed by the first look overlooking the pretty NH Mountains. Their mountaintop ceremony was so gorgeous even on a cloudy day. Under normal circumstances inside this venue would be beautiful the way it is, but I entered a magical reception terrarium wonderland and nearly lost my mind. To say I panicked in detail photo galore would be an understatement. Thank goodness they did a first look otherwise there is not way I could have captured it all. Megan and Ryan then entered into a party of all parties with their first dance followed by a 45 minute set of dancing. In all the years I’ve been photographing weddings, I’ve never had this experience and I have to say it was really fun and got the crowd going crazy. People were dancing packed on the dancefloor (not always the best for photos, but dang it was fun!) There were speeches and cake cutting and more dancing followed by me leaving with a new plant pal. I literally couldn’t resist taking one home and as guests were leaving with 3 or 4 I felt ok about it. ?? ? I loved this day and it was such an honor to be a part of this thoughtful and perfected day.
