I arrived on this day during a monsoon and though I love getting out in the rain with couples it was very weathery so we did all their photos indoors and I LOVE them. Sneaking back and forth between the bridal and grooms suite we did as many group photos prior to the ceremony as possible. I love the tall wooden doors in the grooms suite so at one point we had to kick the guys out so I could get some photos of the ladies in there too. Sorry guys!!! You’ll have to click through the photos here to see Ryan’s teary eyes when Cait came down the aisle because that was a moment. I always have to hold it together and channel my inner photojournalist when people start to tear up. After the ceremony, we did some family photos and creative portraits down the lower level of the space, and soon after we enjoyed the events of the evening. Funny that by the end of the night when it’s great to get rain photos it was just a mild mist. I feel a little guilty here, so I have to admit it, I did add some more raindrops in that last image. The rain was there, but in some ways it just looked like dust so I fixed it. This day was so pretty and I am grateful to have met such a nice couple thanks to Anna at @lapiece.theroom. I also would like to thank Chad Ardizzoni from Get Down Tonight Entertainment who always gets the dancefloor crazy and makes sure the photographers/videographers are ready before he starts the nights events.
